If you have a customer relationship solution that is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, then you can integrate it with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This enables you to integrate data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities such as accounts, contacts, and products, with equivalent record types in Microsoft Dynamics NAV such as customers, contacts, and items, respectively. For example, integration provides Microsoft Dynamics CRM users with access to up-to-date financial information from for their accounts. And Microsoft Dynamics NAV users get easy access to information about opportunities and cases for a specific customer.
