Sales cycles are made up of a sequence of stages, that guide you through the sales process from the creation of an opportunity to an actual sale.
You can set up as many sales cycles as you want. For example, you may want to set up different sales cycles for existing customers and prospective customers, or according to the product you intend to sell.
The Sales Cycles table also contains statistics about how often each sales cycle is used, the outcome, and so on.
The Sales Cycle Stage table contains the sequence of stages within each sales cycle.
