Open the 
BOM Warning Log window.
Specifies setup or data issues that exist for one or more lines in the BOM Structure window or the BOM Cost Shares window.
BOM lines with issues are indicated by Yes in the Warning field in the either of the windows.
The following issues may exist:

The low-level code for item X has not been calculated.

Production BOM X has not been certified.

Routing X has not been certified.
-
The Quantity per. field in the BOM for item X has not been set.

Item X does not have a BOM. Therefore, replenishment system must be Purchase.

The replenishment system for item X is Assembly, but the item does not have an assembly BOM. Check that this is intended.

The replenishment system for item X is Prod. Order, but the item does not have a production BOM. Check that this is intended.

Item X has a BOM, but replenishment system is not Assembly or Prod. Order. Check that this is intended.
