Open the Segment window.
Displays information about your open segments. In this window, you can create interactions for your segments and link them to campaigns. You can also create new segments and create interactions for them.
The Segments window is composed of two parts:

The header, which contains general information about the segment and the interaction you have created for the segment.

The lines, which contain specific information about the contacts within the segment. If you have personalized the interaction for a specific contact, it appears on the segment line. There is a line for each contact within the segment.
You can add and remove contacts from your segments, for example using the Segment wizard.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
